Q: What membership options do you offer?
A: We offer several membership tiers, including monthly, annual, and family plans. Each plan provides access to our state-of-the-art equipment, group classes, and exclusive member events. -
Q: How do I sign up for a membership?
A: You can sign up online via our “Join Now” page or visit our facility in person. For online registration, just click on the “Membership” tab on our website and follow the instructions. -
Q: What are the pricing details and cancellation policies?
A: Our pricing varies based on the membership plan you choose. Detailed pricing information and our cancellation policy are available on the “Membership” page. We are a no contract gym, however we do require a 30 day written notice of cancellation. -
Q: How do I update payment information?

Q: What types of classes do you offer?
A: We offer a range of group fitness classes, including yoga, strength training, and partner with Firecycle Abilene. Our class schedule is updated weekly on our website. -
Q: Do you offer personal training?
A: Yes, we offer personalized training sessions. Our certified trainers will work with you to create a customized fitness plan that fits your goals. -
Q: What should I bring to a class or training session?
A: Please bring a water bottle, towel, and comfortable workout attire. Specific training requirements will be specificized by the trainer.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Our gym is open 24/7 for members. We are staffed Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 6PM, and on Friday & Saturday from 9 AM to noon. Special holiday hours may apply. -

Q: What health and safety measures are in place?
A: We take your safety seriously. Our facility is cleaned thoroughly throughout the day, and we follow all local health guidelines. You can find our full safety protocols on our website.
